I know a place where the sun is like gold.
나는 해가 금과 같이 반짝이고
And the cherry blooms burst with snow;
벚꽃이 눈처럼 활짝 피는 곳을 알지요.
And down underneath is the loveliest nook,
바로 그 밑에는 세상에서 제일 아름다운 곳,
Where the four-leaf clovers grow.
네잎 클로버가 자라는 곳이 있지요.
one leaf is for hope, and one for faith.
잎 하나는 희망을, 잎 하나는 믿음을,
And one is for love you know;
그리고 또 잎 하나는 사랑을 뜻하잖아요.
But God put another in for luck--
하지만 하나님은 행운의 잎을 또 하나 만드셨어요.
If you search, you will find where they grow.
열심히 찾으면 어디에서 자라는지 알 수 있지요.
But you must have hope, and you must have faith;
하지만 희망을 갖고 믿음을 가져야 하지요.
You must love and be strong’ and so.
사랑해야 하고 강해져야지요.
If you work, if you wait, you will find the place
열심히 일하고 기다리면 네잎 클로버
Where the four-leaf clovers grow.
자라는 곳을 찾게 될 거예요.
